This is a fantastic opportunity to join a new farm, which is just in its 4th Year of Milking.  The farm compromises of a 210 milking herd which is Spring calving. A busy spring can be expected for the correct candidate and calving and calf rearing will be a large proportion of the role, along side general farm work, cubicle cleaning/maintenance and calf rearing.  This farm is central around their grass growth and they grow a lot of grass on the farm. This is an opportunity to join a forward thinking farm and learn a lot about grass management and planning for a successful dairy herd.  There is modern machinery and set up here with a 20 unit Pearson Parlour and Auto Calf feeding. This represents a great opportunity in a very nice location.  Accommodation can be provided within the family home.
