Mechanical Site Manager - Pharma experience. Wicklow. Option of Contract or Permanent role. Immediate start. The ideal candidate should have experience working in the Pharmaceutical industry. They must be a self- starter with the initiative and skills to manage his/her workload to meet necessary deadlines. Excellent time management, prioritising and communications skills are essential. Duties / Responsibilities: Site Management. Provide solutions and cost projections. Management of Site Design and Construction processes. Planning of all resources including labour, materials and sub-contractors. Ensure the adherence to safety and quality standards. Commissioning projects. Reporting on construction progress. Required. Good strong knowledge of the full design and construction process. Ability to control and manage people and programs. A trade background or a relevant third level qualification. Proven record of co-ordinating and managing large projects. A minimum of 3 years as a Mechanical Construction Manager. Desirable. Excellent communication skills. Ability to work well under pressure and within a strict deadline environment. Ability to drive a large-scale project. A construction background.
