Foreman. Wicklow/Kildare/ South Dublin. €Neg + Bonus + Pension. Multiple openings forleading residential developer undertaing several housing projects across North Kildare/Wicklow/ South Dublin. Excellent packages on offer. Key responsibilities. Manage subcontractors & service providers. Managing civil engineering and groundworks contractors. Managing construction team &programme. Progress house foundations through to 1st & 2nd fix, including external finishes, paving, boundary walls and landscaping. Ensure completion dates are met. Ensuring quality of work, health and safety on Site. Requirements. Trade backgroundor construction qualification. Background in large-scale, residential schemes. Working knowledge of latest building regulation and certification standards. Excellent package on offer for suitable candidates including car allownace, bonus, pension, heatlhcare.
