Inhouse Sale & Warehouse Manager. Overview. SiSú Wholefoods, the home of healthy snacks and drinks are expanding their team and seeking a professional, motivated and enthusiastic person to join their team at their Arklow depot. The ideal candidate will have 3 years previous experience in a similar role, a strong background in stock control would be a distinct advantage. This role will require thorough communication skills, be able to work on their own initiative but also work well as part of a team. We require a very organised person who thrives on new challenges and remains customer focused at all times. Main responsibility will be ensuring product orders are processed accurately and efficiently while liaising with customers by phone on a daily basis, therefore a good professional phone manner is essential. Working towards targets, keeping in mind being customer focused at all times ensuring customer satisfaction. Must be computer literate and have knowledge of working with CRM systems. Have a clean and presentable image when representing the company out in the field. Being a team player and willing to support work colleagues when the need arises. An exciting role in a fast-past environment within a growing company. Responsibilities. Processing customer orders by email, phone & Business WhatsApp. Preparing deliveries for following day and providing courier with delivery sheets. Preparing daily orders for dispatch. Liasing with Dublin warehouse team daily. Customer support. Daily customer calling to acquire orders for following day. Warehouse stock control. Monthly stock count in Arklow warehouse. Weekly stock count in Dublin warehouse. Communicating with finance on all levels of stock. Being on call for any delivery support (Mon-Fri. Managing supplier deliveries. Maintaining a clean working environment in the warehouse. Supporting sales team with product and POS material for events. Communicating to Management on all aspects of warehouse logistics. Reporting to Management on all levels relating to the role. Inhouse Management Systems include: Microsoft Office. Procure Wizard. Dropbox. Dear. Base/Zendesk. Handshake. Excel. salary negotiable depending on experience.
