Supply Chain & Planning Manager. The SCM is responsible for the global management and supply of products and on the generation of production plans to achieve shipment of product. This requires communication with global affiliates, suppliers, contract manufacturing organisations (CMOs) as well as internal stakeholders. Responsibilities : - Management of Supply planning, demand planning and detailed scheduling. - Make sure all new product introductions happens in timely manner. - Ensure that raw materials are purchased and available for production at the right time. - Development of processes and systems to enable smooth information flow b. - Ensure all appropriate contracts are in place with Takeda Affiliates and CMOs. - Mange stock holding policies are under replenishment. - Responsible for forecasting and capacity planning. Requirements : 3+ Previous supply chain experience within a supply planning environment is required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
