New Business Development Representative. Overview. SiSú Wholefoods, the home of healthy snacks and drinks are expanding their team and seeking a professional, motivated and enthusiastic sales person to join their growing team. With headquarters in Arklow, Co. Wicklow the chosen candidate will be responsible for developing new business across Dublin and surrounding counties in the food service/hospitality/retail industries. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years previous experience in a similar role and have a proven sales track record. As this is a role mainly on the road the person will be required to work on their own initiative along with being capable of working as part of a team. As our products are specialised focusing on health and well-being it is vital this person is enthusiastic about products relating to health and well-being. We require a person who will remain customer focused at all times and be able to build strong relationships. Must be computer literate and have knowledge of working with CRM systems. An exciting role in a fast-past environment within a growing company. Role & Responsibilities. • Visit potential customers to prospect for new business. • Meet or exceed the projected targets in terms of sales and profitability, as well as meet the sales activity and accurate forecasting requirements on a weekly basis. • Be market vigilant and aware of competitors products, marketing and pricing. • Provide pre/post-sales support, demonstrate solution offering, perform business analysis and present business solution proposals. • Work on own initiative and have the ability to logically solve problems. • Work closely with Sales Director whilst taking direction on all aspects of the sales path. • Build strong customer base. • Support trade events.
