On behalf of my client, a global cosmetics company, we are looking for a Raw Material Chemist to join their team! Responsibilities: Improve the Raw material Integrity profile of our portfolio, aligned with brand and focused on driving sustainable innovation. Support trouble shooting initiatives relating to Raw Material changes in collaboration with Company factories. Operating within key Raw Material processes with a focus on continuous improvement. Responsible for the review and assessment of incoming ingredients and processing the associated. documentation. Manage bench test projects to physically evaluate the suitability of RM changes within approved. formulation bases. Requirements: Degree in Chemistry/Cosmetic Science. Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role. Minimum 2 years experience in cosmetic formulations. Good raw material chemistry and associated documentation knowledge. Good knowledge of industry regulations & certification. Record of investigative approach in beauty industry formulations. Analytical chemistry knowledge an advantage.
