Overview. SiSú Wholefoods, the home of healthy snacks and drinks are expanding their team and seeking a professional, motivated and enthusiastic person to join their team at their Arklow depot. The ideal candidate will have 5 years previous experience in a similar role, a strong background in stock control would be a distinct advantage. This role will require thorough communication skills, be able to work on their own initiative but also work well as part of a team. We require a very organised person who thrives on new challenges and remains customer focused at all times. Main responsibility will be to ensure product orders are processed accurately and efficiently while also liaising with customers by phone on a daily basis, therefore a good professional phone manner is essential. Must be computer literate and have knowledge of working with CRM systems. An exciting role in a fast-past environment within a growing company. Responsibilities. • Processing customer orders by email, phone & Business WhatsApp. • Preparing deliveries for following day and. providing courier with delivery sheets. • Preparing daily orders for dispatch. • Daily customer calling to acquire orders for. following day. • Warehouse stock control in Arklow. warehouse. • Monitoring stock control in Dublin. warehouse (liaising with Dublin team. regularly for updates. • Managing supplier deliveries. • Maintaining a clean working environment at. all times in the warehouse. • Supporting sales team with product and. POS material for events. • Communicating to Management on all. aspects of warehouse logistics. • Reporting to Management on all levels. relating to the role.
