Retail Manger – Wicklow. A large gaming and casino company located throughout the country are recruiting for a manager for their busy Wicklow casino. They are looking for passionate and driven retail manager who has a deep understanding of the competitive retail environment. Responsibilities: Monitor and control cash handling and floats including balancing end of day and daily reports. Drive and monitor all areas of sales revenue and challenge yourself and the team to achieve all targets. Handle all overheads, team rosters, labour control and all other elements affecting the profitability of the business in accordance with business targets and KPI’s. Understand the market by monitoring the local area and competitors to maintain competitors advantage. Optimise staff morale and promote a positive work environment whilst ensuring your team are fully aware of their obligations in relation to company policies. Ensure all the team is delivering and demonstrating excellent customer service standards at all times. Communicate with key shareholders and report any issues as per the agreed procedures. Requirements: Minimum of 5 years’ experience within the retail sector with a customer facing business. Proven record to lead and motivate a large team while still target drive with commercial focus.
