Noel Recruitment Ltd. are urgently seeking to recruit experienced Catering Assistant in Bray for temporary work. Mostly morning shifts. As a temp Catering Assistant you will be working in some wonderful sites in Dublin and surroundings, working one off shifts or being placed on ongoing rotas. Duties: Basic preparation of food. Cleaning of the kitchen, its surrounds and equipment. The serving of meals ensuring correct portion control. General kitchen duties. Adhering to all HACCP regulations. Putting away food deliveries. Plating desserts and salads for service. Covering pot wash as required. Cleaning of all fridges and freezers in the main kitchen. Cleaning hot plate in staff restaurant. Must have: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent oral and written English. Excellent customer service skills. Flexibility and ability to work on own initiative. A good knowledge of Food Hygiene including HACCP. 1 year experience in a similar environment would be very beneficial. Experience of cash handling. Good timekeeping.
