Retail Manager Gaming Company. My client is a well known Irish Gaming company who continues to drive technology forward, developing industry-leading solutions providing a quicker and more effective customer service. Responsibilities: Maximise all area of sales revenue and continually challenge yourself and your team with business targets. Ensure seamless and consistent customer service. Manage all overheads, team schedules, labour control and all other elements affecting the profitability of business in accordance with business targets and KPI’s. Ensure compliance in all areas. Inspire your team to deliver exceptional customer service standards. The ideal Candidate: A minimum of 5 years experience in a customer facing role business. Proven ability to manage and motivate a team of 10+ staff. An ability to work on your own initiative as well as having excellent operational and planning skills.
