We are looking for a manager for thereto take the reins at our Bray Casino. In the fast paced Sport and Leisure Retail industry we want the right person to help take us to the next level. Our package is hugely enticing with a salary of 45-55k DOE. Our ideal candidate is someone who is process driven, has attention to detail, ability and experience to handle and manage large quantities of cash. Want a manager who is commercial minded and has ability to grow our business by treating as if it was their own. Successful candidate will manage a team of 15 people in a busy casino that opens 9am-4am Mon - Sun. Will have control their own rota but at first will be expected to work all types of shifts to experience all aspects of their business. Initial 6 weeks of training will be provided to ensure you are ready to hit the ground running. Candidate will report to Ops director in relation to KPI`s and all analytic tools that they use.
