QA Supervisor - County Wicklow. This is a full-time, temporary position for 7 months covering maternity leave. As the QA Supervisor you will be responsible for leading staff and daily activities within the QA department; to organise and improve, ensuring the highest levels of service, quality and safe operation. The QA Supervisor will also manage site cGMP activities and compliance. This compliance to be maintained with the implementation of effective SOP's and systems, validation of test methods, equipment and processes, cGMP training programs and effective auditing and self- inspection programs. The role will deputise for the Quality and Regulatory Affairs Manager and serve as facilitator, mentor and lead communicator for the department. Duties will include: • Take responsibility for training and integration of new starters along with continued development of existing team members. • Support the HSE policies and proactively strive to ensure safe working environments at all times. • Ensure the departments of responsibility are audit ready at all times. • Support and host customer audits. • Support CAPA plan development. Interested candidates should have: • Proven supervisory experience. • Significant experience at senior quality level, in a FDA regulated company. • Broad experience of regulatory and cGMP activities. • Risk management experience. • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to conduct verbal presentations. • Ability to work under pressure to meet scheduled deadlines. • Experience of Trackwise would be beneficial but not essential.
