Warehouse Manager - County Wicklow. Duties: • Deployment of personnel. • Holiday planning. • Systematically work through shipping schedule through production plan and shipping schedule weekly. • Ensure all raw materials and packing materials are available for production. • Continuous improvement of process. • Checking performance data of all systems. • Ensure trucks are loaded correctly. • Ensure warehouse is kept clean and tidy, and materials put on racks are orderly and labelled. • Ensure FIFI is followed. • Keep yard areas, and tray washing areas clean and tidy. • Ensure forklifts are kept clean safe and in good condition. • Ensure inventory counts are accurate. • Ensure all data is entered on computer systems. • Tray washing is complete and documentation is filled in. • Responsible for monthly inventory counts and entering same on computer. • Skip and waste management. • Inspection of incoming material. Skills and experience sought: • At least 3 years’ experience in warehouse management. • Must have excellent computer skills. • Good communicator. • Work well in a team. • Capable of providing leadership to the team. • Excellent organisational skill critical. • Familiar with man-management skills and HR procedures.
