Executive or Senior Sous Chef required to join the Brigade at large 4* Hotel in Wexford. We need a good all rounder for this role, a candidate who has experience in catering for large volume events including Banquets and Weddings, a candidate who is experienced in working in, organising and leading a kitchen with large daily volumes of guests for breakfast, Bar / Lounge food and Evening Dinner and A`LaCarte service. You will work closely with Executive Chef on menus, planning events, coordinating service, cooking styles, managing HACCP and Hygiene, ordering, Rosters etc, etc. Busy role, great property, excellent salary negotiable.
