At RENOVA we currently have an opportunity for an experienced Architectural Technologist / Technician to join our growing Design & Build team. The successful candidate will join our existing design team, working with our construction manager, interior designer, architectural technician, and quantity surveyor. The role requires a practical knowledge of construction detailing and an enthusiasm to see to the very smallest construction detail. Past practical construction experience would be beneficial. Minimum requirements: • 5 years’ work experience. • Experience as senior technician with responsibility for the detailing of all construction details on a construction project. • Enthusiasm for construction detailing and seeing to the smallest detail. • Hands on experience working on construction sites. • Willingness to spend time on site working through problems. • Experience detailing directly with site foremen. • Ability to find practical solutions to problems. • Understanding of the importance of seeing to the smallest detail. • Enthusiasm for construction detailing. • Proficient in the use of AutoCAD. • Good interpersonal and communication skills. • Working knowledge of current building regulations. • Full driving licence.
