Analytical Development Chemist - Wicklow. Our multinational pharmaceutical client is looking for an Analytical Development Chemist to develop and validate testing methods within their pharmaceutical plant in Wicklow. Responsibilities: Developing and Validating test methods for APIs/Advanced Intermediates etc. Preparing analytical method development reports. Preparing analytical method validation protocols and reports. Writing and reviewing SOPs. Liaising with third parties on equipment or analytical test issues/requirements. Troubleshooting analytical issues. Assisting with route cause analysis (RCA. Responding quickly and positively to internal and external customers. Ensuring good relations and communications with all members of the team. Participating positively in team activities. Maintaining complete and accurate records. Undertaking and completing other duties as required. Requirements for this role : Third Level Qualification – Science, Chemistry or similar. Experience in a wide range of analytical techniques, particularly HPLC and GC. At least 3 years’ experience in a method development/validation role in an FDA/HPRA regulated environment preferred.
