Production Shift Team leader. Co. Wexford. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years in a leadership position . Will have minimum of 3 years experience in the food industry. Must be a team player. Good organiser. Familiar with HR procedures. Be capable of motivating production teams. Strong leadership skills. Job Duties: Accomplishes manufacturing staff results by communicating job expectations, planning and monitoring, appraising job results: coaching and disciplining employees. Coordinating and enforcing Company policies and procedures. Maintain skill levels within organisation. Maintain work flow by monitoring all steps of the process, observing control points, monitoring personnel. Optimising use of resources. Facilitate corrections to malfunctions of equipment. Initiating and fostering cooperation spirit of cooperation between departments. Complete production plan by assigning personnel ensuring productivity and monitoring waste.
